Goldman Sachs' One Million Black Women
I'm thrilled to share my journey with Goldman Sachs' One Million Black Women: Black in Business program. This incredible initiative is part of Goldman Sachs' $10 billion investment to support one million Black women by 2030, with nearly $3 billion already deployed. The Black in Business program is uniquely designed to equip Black women sole proprietors with the tools and resources to grow our businesses, from financial insights to strategic networking.
As a participant, I had the privilege of diving into a 10-week intensive curriculum developed in partnership with NYU’s Stern School of Business, covering everything from mastering customer attraction to financial planning. The program offered invaluable opportunities to connect with advisors and a powerful network of Black women entrepreneurs, all while refining my business strategies.
Through this experience, I’ve gained insights that have transformed my approach to business growth, fueling my mission to create lasting impact. I'm grateful to be part of a program that's not only elevating individual entrepreneurs but also building pathways to generational wealth and community growth.
