Kristen Dufauchard is a connector and dynamic storyteller committed to building community and driving social change. As the Founder and CEO of aKrewe NOLA Consulting, she brings over a decade of experience executing high-impact campaigns for national and global brands. Previously, Kristen managed global brand strategy for talent and DEI at Nielsen and directed Communications for NYU's Division of Libraries.

In addition to providing marketing consulting to colleges and creatives, Kristen and her team at aKrewe are currently spearheading Culture, Commerce & Connections. This networking series champions the personal and professional growth of diverse professionals and innovators across the Southeastern US. The event welcomes everyone but focuses on creating safe spaces for creatives, entrepreneurs, and innovators from underrepresented communities—identifying as Black, Brown, LGBTQ+, women, and a person with a disability— and allies of these communities to explore professional connections, exchange ideas, and expand their professional networks. This initiative also addresses marketing affordability by pooling resources for local organizations to promote their new business, product, or service to 1600+ community members.
