Young Leadership Council
YLC (Young Leadership Council) recruits and retains young professionals in New Orleans and needed a professional development workshop for its newly elected project managers and board members.
aKrewe Consulting led an interactive workshop with the incoming leaders during their retreat. Through engaging learning activities, members learned to utilize their newly appointed positions for professional growth and networking throughout the organization. The culture-building activities were developed according to the YLC's values to encourage learning and information retention.
